White label
Your software experience. Your brand.
Hamiltonn Cloud provides the platform underneath while your organisation controls the identity your customers see. Launch supported financial, business and AI software using your own company name, branding, domain and customer experience without rebuilding the entire platform from zero.
What is white-label software?
Hamiltonn technology. Your customer-facing identity.
White-label software is technology developed and maintained by one provider that another organisation can offer using its own brand and customer experience.
With Hamiltonn Cloud, supported software products can be configured so your organisation remains the primary brand presented to customers. Branding can extend beyond a logo to company identity, colour, domain, portal experience, application identity, communications and business documents.
Try it
Watch a platform become yours.
Your brand
The same controls exist in the real platform — branding is configuration, not a design project.
Live preview — try a name, a colour, a domain. Illustrative tenant, not a real customer.
Coverage
White label should extend beyond the login screen.
A credible branded software experience stays consistent across the places customers and staff interact with the product.
Logo & name
Your identity across portal, app and communications.
Colours
Primary, secondary and accent applied system-wide.
Domain
app.yourcompany.com — with certificates handled.
Email identity
Notifications sent from your domain, in your voice.
Documents
Statements, quotes and invoices on your letterhead.
Customer portal
The product your customers log into is yours.
Admin portal
Your team works under your brand too.
Mobile / PWA
Home-screen icon, name and splash — all yours.
Controlled customisation
Flexible branding without breaking the product.
Hamiltonn Cloud treats ordinary white-label differences as configuration rather than a separate source-code fork for every customer. Branding variables can change identity while the shared design system preserves accessibility, responsive behaviour, component consistency and upgrade compatibility.
Customise the identity. Preserve the product system.
- Logo and application identity
- Brand colours and customer-facing surfaces
- Domain, PWA, email and document identity
- One maintained Hamiltonn platform underneath
One platform, many brands
Three tenants. Three identities. One infrastructure.
Illustrative tenants — every one is the same Hamiltonn platform wearing a different brand.
Three ways to deploy
Use our interface, your interface, or a dedicated environment.
Managed: Hamiltonn operates the branded application for you. Headless / API: you build the entire visible frontend while Hamiltonn provides supported platform services underneath. Dedicated Enterprise: combine white-label software with customer-specific infrastructure boundaries for higher enterprise requirements.
Your domain
Put the platform where your customers expect to find you.
Supported deployments can use customer-controlled domains such as app.yourcompany.com, portal.yourcompany.com or another verified hostname appropriate to the product. Domain control is verified before activation and HTTPS is configured through the supported deployment process.
A consistent identity stack
Domain → application name → logo & colours → email identity → documents → customer portal → staff experience.
Ownership model
Your brand remains yours. Hamiltonn technology remains Hamiltonn.
Customers are responsible for the names, logos, trademarks and domains they provide. Under the standard Hamiltonn Cloud model, Hamiltonn retains its underlying platform technology and backend software while customers receive the agreed rights to use the service under their own brand.

Frequently asked questions
Will Hamiltonn be the primary customer-facing brand?
No. The purpose of supported white-label deployments is for your organisation to remain the primary customer-facing brand across the agreed software experience. Technical, legal, regulatory or contractual disclosures can still identify Hamiltonn or other providers where required.
How long does branding take?
Branding is configuration: name, logo, colours and domain settings — not a bespoke design project.
Can an agency run multiple branded clients?
Yes — that is the reseller model. Each client gets its own branded tenant under your agency umbrella.
Can I change branding after launch?
Yes, at any time. Rebrands apply platform-wide without redeployment.
Can I use my own frontend?
Yes. The Headless/API model gives you complete control over the visible frontend while Hamiltonn services remain underneath.
Do I receive the Hamiltonn backend source code?
Not under the standard Hamiltonn Cloud model. Hamiltonn retains and maintains its underlying platform technology while customers receive contractual rights to use the service.
Can email and documents carry my brand?
Yes. Supported platform-generated emails and documents can use your approved company identity, sender configuration, contact information and document branding.
Does white-label banking provide a financial licence?
No. Branding software does not change regulatory responsibility. Financial and digital-asset businesses remain responsible for the permissions and regulated arrangements applicable to their activities.
