Acceptable Use

Scope

This statement sets expectations for prospective customers of the Hamiltonn Cloud platform. Binding acceptable-use terms form part of each customer agreement.

Expectations

Hamiltonn Cloud may not be used to operate services that are unlawful in the customer’s jurisdiction; to conduct regulated activity without required authorisations; to process data without a lawful basis; or to attempt to compromise the platform, other tenants or third parties.

Regulated activity

Customers operating financial or other regulated services are responsible for holding the relevant permissions before going live. We may decline or terminate engagements where this responsibility is not being met.
