ACCESS
1. Credentials and authorised users
Customers must protect credentials, use accounts only for authorised purposes, promptly revoke inappropriate access and notify Hamiltonn of suspected compromise affecting the service.
TESTING
2. Security testing
Customers and researchers must not perform destructive, denial-of-service, social-engineering or unauthorised data-access testing without explicit permission.
INTEGRATIONS
3. Customer systems and integrations
Customers are responsible for securing their own frontend, backend, devices, networks, provider accounts and credentials outside the Hamiltonn-managed boundary.
INCIDENTS
4. Security incidents
The parties should cooperate reasonably in investigating material security events affecting the service.
DISCLOSURE
5. Responsible reporting
Suspected Hamiltonn vulnerabilities should be reported through Responsible Disclosure rather than publicly exploited.
