What is Managed White Label?

A hosted white-label SaaS model.

Hamiltonn Managed White Label is a deployment model in which Hamiltonn operates the agreed application platform while the customer uses the software under its own brand.

The customer does not need to manage the core Hamiltonn application infrastructure directly. Hamiltonn maintains the platform technology and agreed deployment environment while the customer operates its own business, customer relationships and day-to-day use of the software.

Who it is for

Software without becoming an infrastructure company.

Startups

Launch a product without building and operating every technical layer internally.

Established businesses

Digitise an operation through a branded platform with managed infrastructure.

Agencies & resellers

Offer Hamiltonn-powered software through your own commercial identity.

Fintech, digital assets & field operations

Use specialist Hamiltonn products while Hamiltonn operates the application layer.

Hamiltonn responsibility

The platform layer stays with us.

Under the managed model, Hamiltonn operates the agreed technical platform scope: application software, deployment, infrastructure operations, monitoring, maintenance and supported platform services.

Hosting

The platform runs on Hamiltonn-operated infrastructure.

Maintenance

Patching, upkeep and platform health are our job.

Updates

New capabilities arrive continuously — no upgrade projects.

Operations

Use the software without operating the application servers.

Hamiltonn handles the managed application environment so your organisation can concentrate on product configuration, integrations, customer experience and business operations.

Controlled releases

Platform changes move through an organised deployment process rather than unmanaged production edits.

Monitoring & support

Hamiltonn monitors the agreed platform components and supports Hamiltonn-side incidents and application behaviour.

Backups & recovery

Managed environments include platform backup and recovery processes appropriate to the selected service.

Managed does not mean closed

Use the managed application and still connect your stack.

Managed White Label can work with supported integrations and APIs. Connect identity, communications, financial providers, digital-asset services, CRM, accounting or internal systems according to the selected Hamiltonn product.

  • Use the Hamiltonn-managed customer interface
  • Integrate supported third-party providers
  • Connect internal systems through supported APIs
  • Add AI capabilities across managed workflows

Implementation

From requirements to managed launch.

Implementation scope depends on the selected product, modules, branding, integrations and deployment requirements.

Discovery

Define product, modules, users, integrations and deployment needs.

Configuration

Set workflows, roles, modules and product settings.

Branding

Apply company identity, domain, communications and documents.

Integration

Connect supported providers and customer systems.

Testing

Validate user journeys, permissions, email, integrations and mobile behaviour.

Launch & operate

Hamiltonn deploys and continues to operate the agreed managed platform.

Service model

Managed software as an ongoing service.

Managed White Label is a recurring software service rather than a one-time transfer of the Hamiltonn backend. Hamiltonn retains its underlying platform technology while the customer uses the service under the agreed commercial terms.

Pricing can reflect the selected product, modules, users, usage, integrations, environments and support requirements.

No server-management burden

You do not need to operate the core Hamiltonn application infrastructure directly. Technical coordination may still be required for domains, integrations, data and external providers.

Frequently asked questions

Can I move from Managed to API or Dedicated later?

Yes. All three deployment models run the same platform, so changing model is an infrastructure decision — not a rebuild.

Who owns the customer data?

Data rights and responsibilities are defined by the relevant service agreement and privacy terms. Hamiltonn processes platform data according to the agreed service while the customer remains responsible for its own business and customer relationships.

What do I need technically to launch?

A logo, a domain and decisions about modules and workflows are enough to begin solution design. You do not need to operate the core Hamiltonn application infrastructure yourself, although integrations and external systems may still require technical coordination.

Can I use APIs with a managed deployment?

Yes. Managed White Label and API integration can be used together where the selected product exposes supported API services.

Do I receive the Hamiltonn source code?

The standard managed service does not transfer Hamiltonn's backend source code. Hamiltonn maintains the underlying platform while customers receive contractual rights to use the service.

Is Managed White Label the same as Dedicated Enterprise?

No. Managed describes who operates the platform. Dedicated describes a deployment model with greater customer-specific infrastructure separation. A dedicated environment can also be operated by Hamiltonn.

Does Hamiltonn operate my business for me?

No. Hamiltonn operates the agreed software platform. The customer remains responsible for its business operations, customer relationships and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
